14‑Day Return Window
We want you to love your purchase from Grimm Gifts. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Digital downloads or gift cards

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)

Final sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

Contact us: Send an email to shop@grimmgifts.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Await instructions: We will reply within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions.

Ship the item(s) back: Use the prepaid label we provide or choose your preferred carrier. If we made a mistake (for example, wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or exchange.

Package securely: Make sure the item is safely packaged; we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your own protection.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or similar product (when available), please indicate this in your return email. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Store credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card once the return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at shop@grimmgifts.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non‑Returnable Products & Special Circumstances
Certain items (such as heavy or oversized products and fragile glass décor) may have special return conditions. These items require extra packaging and handling, so please contact us first to discuss return options. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after following these steps, please contact us at shop@grimmgifts.com.

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
