Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will begin processing the next business day. Please note that processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship to all U.S. addresses via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Over $150 Standard Shipping Free Heavy or oversized items are excluded from the free‑shipping promotion.

Heavy or Oversized Items

Products such as large framed artwork and items weighing more than 16 lb require special packaging and handling. These items do not qualify for free shipping and incur a separate handling fee. The fee will be calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight and dimensions. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about shipping costs for heavy or oversized items.

Local Delivery (Gainesville, FL Area)

We offer local delivery within a 20‑mile radius of Gainesville, Florida. Local delivery orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered directly to your doorstep. A delivery fee (typically $7 per order) applies; however, large or heavy items may be subject to additional delivery charges. Customers will receive a notification to arrange a delivery window.

Packaging & Handling

We take great care to protect your items during transit:

  • Fragile items (e.g., glass cloches) are wrapped securely and double‑boxed with at least 3 inches of cushioning on all sides.

  • Heavy items are packed in sturdy boxes with reinforced tape and, where required, labeled with a heavy packagesticker to ensure safe handling.

This level of care may extend the handling time by a day or two, especially during peak seasons.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. For local deliveries, we will email you with delivery details and provide an estimated delivery window.

Service Interruptions & Delays

Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal volume. If we anticipate or experience significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone to keep you informed.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at shop@grimmgifts.com. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after an order has been processed.
